Developed for both table-top and floor use, the exerciser operates both forward and backward for a complete arm and leg workout. Sturdy pedals double as ergonomic hand grips while adjustable straps provide extra comfort and security. So quiet, you could pedal under the desk and nobody would know. The resistance control knob lets users choose the pedal resistance best for them, enabling a customized workout. Changing resistances is as simple as turning the knob. Users can increase the resistance and challenge for progressive exercises or decrease the resistance for a more aerobic or cardio-focused workout.
Progress is easily tracked with a 5-function exercise computer. This device indicates the time exercised, calories burned, the distance traveled, how many pedal rotations were completed and the Rotations Per Minute (RPM). Scan is an option in which the computer rotates through all the functions, displaying each briefly.
The screen comes alive at the first turn of a pedal while the included button cell 1.5v battery ensures all data is properly displayed on the screen. The heavy-duty design makes this exerciser ideal for busy clinics while its size and convenience make it terrific for home use. It is recommended that running shoes be worn while pedaling with the feet and there is a weight capacity on the unit of 220 lbs.

Being bi-directional doesn't just make this peddler versatile, it allows for double the exercises and benefits as compared to a one-directional peddler. The exercise computer will automatically shut off after 4-5 minutes of inactivity on the exerciser. The base features non-skid, stabilizing feet that ensures the unit won't move once exercising begins.
Weighing less than 20 lbs. the exerciser is portable, quiet and suitable for both home and office. Easy to clean needing just a damp cloth and mild soap.
